i was so full of hope and love before i made the call.
i called like ten times.
each time was either a
1) smth smth service unavailable.
2) cannot even get through.
then when you finally picked up the phone,
you tell me that you were in the lift, AND THAT IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT.
OH COME ON.
you were the one that told me to call, when all i texted is goodnight.
